I like the concept of Hinduism.

They describe it as a 'way of life' rather than a religion. I do believe in karma and that stuff  ;D

Google video: ZEITGEIST.  Part one is on religion (first 37 minutes).

In the absence of evidence, why do you believe there is a creator to the universe?  That solution doesn't actually solve anything or answer any questions.  It just pushes creation back a step: who created the creator?

I believe in seven gods.  It makes sense that god has a god and that god has a god and...well you get the point.  But I can't imagine the seventh god having a god.  :P

I am seriously starting to have doubts about Santa Claus and
the reindeers.

Santas little helper, does he(she) help Santa with everything?
Does Santa read all his letters?
Why is his nose red?

How fast can Rudolh the reindeer fly?

Man, Elmorionochi I know what you mean about doubts.

exactly and how would such a god expect his people to be so naive.

we learn more and more every day how hypocrisy and power go hand in hand and one would have to completely delude themselves to just go along on bind faith with what was instructed to be written thousands of years ago.

if we have learnt anything from human history, it is that humans are corruptible and fallible.

some even say god wrote koran/bible. now that is just plain ludicrous.

Atheism, as a philosophical view, is the position that either affirms the nonexistence of gods[1] or rejects theism.[2] When defined more broadly, atheism is the absence of belief in deities,[3] alternatively called nontheism.[4] Although atheism is often equated with irreligion, some religious philosophies, such as secular theology and some varieties of Buddhism such as Theravada, either do not include belief in a personal god as a tenet of the religion, or actively teach nontheism.

Religion is for idiots. ;)

believing that something is true doesn't make it so..reincarnation is one of those things.

I sincerely hope that concept doesn't exist...make the most of the time that you currently have..let others that come after you do the same.

these books are non fiction and can be verified as fact.

the bible was written by people that believed the world was flat and the writers were closely monitored and advised by powerful governing bodies that wished to retain their status.

Funny you mention that there were people that thought the world was flat, all they had to do was search scripture to see that it wasn't. See Isaiah: 22-23

"22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

23 That bringeth the princes to nothing; he maketh the judges of the earth as vanity."

There has also been many archaeological findings that match many of the books and scripture of the Bible.

its a sphere, alot different from a circle, i love how everythign in the book is left open for interpretation like god wasnt smart enough to give definitive answers. you interpret a circle as correct, when i dont. mainly because the earth is not a circle but a sphere, a circle would lend itself to being a flat earth, in the shape of a circle.

How are atheists devil believers?

The whole concept of atheism is not believing in any supernatural things.  ::) Stupid christian fa ggots and islamic scum have made it their business to make the general public believe that atheists worship satan or something. And the general public being fucking morons actually buy that; just as they buy organized religion and all its nonsense.

Fairy tales from the mideast are a joke. There's no proof that god exists, and you can't use the usual "well disprove him then" bullshit.
