Well he's almost 290 and not smoother than at the Olympia so I guess he's ready for the Arnolds.

Yesterday I saw Conan the Destroyer on television (for about the 10th time). Arnold showed a physique that i found to be superior than current pro's, although he had a lot less muscle mass.

He has definitely grown since last. There was a video on youtube posted here at getbig a couple of weeks ago where he looked a lot smaller.

Of course dude, its called "not taking astronomical amounts of gear" type of physique...although not superior it is though more pleasing as far as subtleness and realistic.

Jay's arms definately look like they have more synthol than in the past. It is starting to make his forearms look small in comparison.
