dont waste yout ime and money on ab meals... you can eat cleaner and tastier and get beter results for less money if you just buy food for yourself and cook healthy meals.

Thanks bro....that is what i was really looking for. I was on Cutlers site and seen a ad for them and they looked great for the price of them. I work 6 days a week and sometimes 7 so i was wondering if they are good if you are in a rush alot of the times.

yeah they are fine...but your paying extra money for the food your eating, and you can make meals that are a whole lot "cleaner' and better suited for whatever goals you have.

Thanks for not letting my money go to waste!! I am not that lazy and i do usually make my own food but sometimes i work overtime and do not like the places surrounded my be
