any day is fine most people do them on shoulder day i do them twice a week .they dont get in the way of any muscle group..

Both those days work well, i am currently doing em after delts.

imo,its a part of both,,so i alter it from back to shoulder day from time to time

Both work but I prefer shoulder days b/c of energy levels spent on back day. Most back exercises hit the traps so they are preexhausted giving you opportunity to work them with less weight and better form.

My traps are pretty big...ironically enough from pulling the shoulders down in sanchin (karate)
I should find a picture of kanei uechi, he had good definition and didn't train with weights

I do them after shoulders, I'm spent after a back w/o and wouldn't have much energy. Either day is fine though.

4 really good gains do them on both days, towards the end of the workout
