Step one: Set up a camera to record in your kitchen or garage.

Step two: Take out a knife or screwdriver.

Step three: Shove said object through your eye and into your brain. Make sure the instrument is long enough to insure full penetration.

Step four: Find some-one, possibly your boyfriend, to post the video on GetBig.

Now that would be the only "Must-See" you could create a topic about you douche bag.

I'm not sure if full penatration would be possible if self inflicted simply because the pain may be too great for him to completley finish the task.
