Let's face it, no one could get in this type of shape without having a PhD in nutrition and physiology plus the use insulin and GH among other things.

That man is black.

Vince Goodrum is actually better looking and in better shape than you.
How can you make fun of him, when he is in better shape (and about 800 pounds lighter) and better looking than you?
-

u cant beat the knowledge and inteligency of Vince Goodrum

sounds like subtle sarcasm.
either way, rr had a fantastic physique and structure.

BBing requires extreme knowledge and intelligence
Now we all know why Kamali sucks so much ass at bodybuilding.

Vince has a normal body for a guy that is mid 30s that doesn't work out and enjoys food. He may not have a gym body but he is light years ahead of Onlyme..I don't understand how can he make fun of Vince ??? ??? ???

You are right on both accounts. ;D
-
Are you saying he was on insulin in the 70's?
-

Maybe if he got his own spider bite he could balloon up to 800 lbs and be as massive as you.
-
Bodybuilding success seems inversely related to knowledge and education most of the time.
Genetics is pretty much everything.

Do you think this moosejay guy is credible when he says Robby asked him to get him some insulin for him?

He is fucking right! Onlyme, while I don't have anything against you, you make fun of people that are clearly healthier than you are. You are practically on the verge of dying, yet post up pictures of a guy that can serve as an example of healthy living as compared to you..
Thoughts to consider..

yeap, you're right, but i don't think he's saying that he looks better than this fella. maybe, he's saying something along the lines of, "don't step on a bodybuilding stage when you've got a physique like that" ;)
-
Guys guys guys!!!
Onlyme KNOWS and ADMITS that he's out of shape. Sure, he may always talking about "next year" or "this time I'm serious about getting in shape." However, he always admits and never denies that he's out of shape.
Whereas Goodrum does deny that he's a sack of shit, and always comes up with excuses as to why he looks like crap...."I missed my peak." "Next year the Munzer-like conditioning will return, as I avenge my loss at the Metrolina 3 years ago..." and shit like that.
There is a big difference. Not saying that it's still OK for Keith to bag on others, but in this case with Goodrum- I find it perfectly acceptable. :)

seeing as you're being sarcastic, that shows how intelligent your clients are (not very). ;D

Man, that is a stretch and I doubt it for the fact Robby is ancient. Why would he mess with something like that at his age? BUT nothing surprises me in this industry!
Robby is what, 70 yrs old? Probably qualifies for Medicare and can get his slin from the doc.

it is one thing to be out of shape and admit to it..it is another thing to be 1 french fry away from a heart attack
there is no way that he should be making fun of vince

Are you saying Robbie used insulin back in the day? Because when I seen him about a month and a half ago, he looked more like he was on acid and weed :-\
Not kidding, ask McFarland, he was there with me.

LOL!! Robby does love his weed!
Maybe he gets an insulin overdose from the "muchies" food he eats...

Hmm. Unlikely. Acid is predominantly a drug favoured by Charlie, not Blacks. Weed, on the other hand, is something we can all agree on. ;)

most (pro)bb'rs smoke weed.

Weed is like the only drug that doesn't cause problems.
Great muscle relaxant and sleep aid.
Improves mood.
No withdrawl, or calories like alcohol.
Regardless of what cock and bull studies the DEA finances, it does not cause cancer.
I'm more interested in sativa strains these days for their less sedative effects. They're not sold on the street as most growers wouldn't want a 116 day flower cycle, but man if you can get some clone only strains sold by some people with good connections then it's like heaven on earth.

have you ever tried smoking salvia? its legal and you can find it in alot of smoke shops. its like the psychological effects of an acid trip without the visual effects. its pretty damn trippy.

Hmm, CJ. You should look into the history of it then. Before it was 'outlawed' in the 10's-30's it was prescribed medicinally for 50-60 ailments. When it was banned, it *suddenly* was found to have no medical benefits and was even tied to ridiculous things like Mexican over-immigration. Hypocrites. If you want a positive angle to push, look towards the life-giving benefits it gives to aids and cancer patients: there is your best bet for its redemption. keep up the good fight. :)
/hey, if gandhi smoked it, how bad can it be?

Yeah, I've read about that. It was in about 90% of all medications in that time frame. You're right about it being tied to mexican over immigration, but it was tied to the black blues/jazz culture that loved doing it. I think reefer was first bought to the new land by indentured indian servants, who now compromise the nations of Guyana and Trinidad and Tabago.
Most of the strains these days are indicas with roots along the himalayan belt, where the plant originated from. They're afghani plants brought back by hippies and bred by growers for increased potency. It's something of a 80/20 mix. Mostly indicas, but some sativas bred in for that psychoactive feeling. Pure stivas give different highs but they're impossible to come by. Most of the sativas bred into today's premium street stuff has roots in Colombia, South India, Thialand, Combodia and even Africa.
Cannabis was a highly traded plant.. The arabs, persians introduced it to the other continents where the respective cultures bred their own unique strains. However, many of them today are extinct. Most of the weed we smoke today is from a very limited genepool.
The guy below is named Neville. He bred some of the first commercial strains that compromise what we smoke today. Took some of hippe bred strains, colombian shit and worked his magic. He is not known by most, but he's a very important figure in modern street weed.

Wow. You probably know more about it than me. Good for you. I always say: If you're going to argue for something, know something about it. I think you're right about the jazz angle: Satchmo et al. were sig. users. The indentured servant angle I know first hand as true. As to the chemical breakdown, I'm a bit lost. It's certainly a lot stronger than when I first started smoking, so I have to be a bit more cautious these days. Oh, and I'm not a smoker, so the delivery is a bit unpleasant, but *wow* there are no negatives.
-
I dont know what type of weed you guys smoke in america, but when you smoke a joint in holland it puts you in coma the next day. So, i have to disagree there are some side-effects.(like wasting braincells)
-
I have never smoked anything in my life

Well, the breeders bred for increased potency. THC is the main chemical in weed, but there are like 60 other chemicals, all have have their own quality. These breeders weren't scientists, but simply people wanting to make money so they had cloned mothers and fathers of good and stout plants by keeping them in 18 hour light cycles. You can keep a weed plant alive for a long time by keeping it under 18 hours of light to keep it from flowering(indoors of course). Then they grew out the cloned copies snipped from the doner mothers and fathers, crossed the males and females, smoked it for testing and sold it to finance their stuff. Kept crossing, opening seed banks, and it just grew out like that.. It wasn't cool or methodical as like Pablo Escobar's cartel, but just normal folks who messed around like Gregor Mendel(punnet squares) and created good shit.
I don't utter this kinda stuff in real life for fear of being thought a mad man. And I'm glad some people appreciate what I have to say about the subject. :)

The weed there is grown PROPERLY. The people don't harvest too early, or too late. They select the best clone mothers and grow in underground ops. They actually cure and dry properly. Of course it's potent. There's no evidence of cannabis destroying brain cells. Maybe you have horrible/weak tolerance? Smoke come ice-o-lator hash from a shop and you should be decked. 8)
I think stuff from California med marijuana places and certain Cali growers beats Dutch weed. Afterall, most dutch weed has breeding roots in America. The culture was kinda transfered to Holland after the war on drugs started.
I am the gh15 of weed.

LOL. And the fact you speak coherently certainly is indicative of its dangers. :D

Weed is like the only drug that doesn't cause problems.
Weed isn't a drug. A 'Drug', in the biochemical / pharmaceutical context (which is the proper one to use) is a compound or chemical that's synthesized by humans using whatever way for whatever purpose.
Weed is a plant 'extract' and not a drug, even though some find it addicting (myself included ;D) - not every drug out there serves as the base for an addiction.

Well, I meant by society's definition.
I agree with you. I think alcohol is a drug and far worse than weed(a plant extract).
