Should i take it daily whether I workout or not OR, should I take it only on the days I train?

Stay away from the "A."

Asprin = some bad mojo
   &
its effectiveness (necessity) in the stack is highly questionable/doubtful.

There have been a few recent studies (on pubmed if you are interested) that show that the addition of aspirin to the ephedrine and caffiene does nothing for fat loss.

Most people do 30mgs of ephedrine + 200mgs of caffiene first thing in the morning or before your workout.

I would only take it on the days you train, also ditch the aspirin

The reason for the addition of aspirin is to thin the blood and prolong the effect.

White Willow Bark is an herbal alternative. However, this is not based on any studies, just "theory"

Aspirin inhibits prostaglandin production outside of the cells, which, in conjunction with caffeine, greatly prolongs the thermogenic effects and increased metabolism by substaining elevated cAMP levels.

i always use aspirin when i take ephedrine/caffiene...just use the childrens dosage of 81 mg.


also...i always add in some green tea extract, l-carnitine, and yohimbe hcl. ...the green tea extends and amplifies the eca stack, the l-carnitine SUPPOSEDLY helps you burn fat more effeciently(im not sure...but i have a few bottles so why not use it?), and the yohimbe helps increase blood flow to the "stubborn areas" of fat, and also ramps up your thyroidjust a bit.

While on the topic of prolonging the effect, consider using a sulfate form of ephedrine.
Compared to the HCL form, sulfate is absorbed more slowly & completely.

I think someone also mentioned in one of the other threads about drinking grapefruit juice to help with absorption (can't recall who it was exactly to give credit).

And yea, I know why they aspirin is added to the stack, but I'll try to dig the studies up that showed that a group taking EC and one taking ECA were the same when it came to fat loss.

Why am i taking it?

To reduce the last few pockets of fat (read - love handles) cardio doesnt seem to be removing. I'm also revamping my nutrition intake

I should mention that currently I'm taking 1 pill (15mg) + 1 cup of coffee. I haven't included asprin yet.

How about using dextrose (in the coffee) to speed absorption?

I've been taking it for 2 days so far (both workouts) and I'm off it today since I'm not planning on working out.

I've read elsewhere that I should stop  the EC stack after 18-20 days because its effectiveness reduces/stops after a certain point. Any comments?

you dont want to spike insulin levels AT ALL before doing your cardio.


you should give yourself a break from it once a week, and every few weeks you should take a week off. this keeps your body fresh and prevents any dependance, tolerance to the drug.

Yup, DNP, T3/Clen combo is pretty good too.  I haven't tried DNP, there can be some crazy sides with it though which is why I've stayed away from it.

    I used to start so many projects while speed buzz'n...I would get off work at 4:00 and be all wound up and get a "great idea" to do something,then about 10 at night the speed buzz would be worn off and I would have everything from inside the garage out in the backyard cause I decided to clean out the garage...and have to just pile it back in because it was too late/dark to finish.  :(
