your workout today depends on your workout and nutrient intake yesterday VEGGIES protien carbs and fat
veggies protien/ whey and fat from eggs or even candybars are sufficeient, absolutley no meat carbs and fat should smaller proportion to protien
you can have more carbs and more fat but simply balance it out the next day
bodybuilding isnt hard so lets move to the higher white light shall we?
