either live or watching on tv. Football doesn't look right in a dome.
All games should be played out doors IMO
-
i like it mixed up. keeps it interesting. you get the COlts playing sterile ball, then you get new england blizzards.
-
I'm watchng the colts game right now and it does look sterile. The game needs some cold weather.
John Madden is funny to listen to. haven't watched a sunday night game all year.

Domes are stupid. Weather is a huge part of the game.
-
The snow game between Cleveland and Buffalo two weeks ago was really fun to watch. But that's not a game you want to see played in those conditions too often. Keeping things different between weather impacted games and dome games from week to week keeps things interesting.
I hate dome turf, though. Dangerous.

The Giants have played 2 games in crazy winds this year.

And that has been a real downfall for them. They have always had a tough enough time with New England to begin with, and playing in the cold doesn't help, obviously. Lucas Oil stadium will have a retractable roof.
It sucks to lose a football game against a team you are capable of beating because of the weather. Indy has beaten the Pats in New England before, but normally the cold screws em all up.They really blew it by losing to them in November. It will extremely difficult to beat them in New England if they get that far.
The Hoosier Dome, as it was originally called, was not built just to be a football field. It was originally built to expand the Convention Center. The Convention Center is hooked to the Dome. They were building it during the time they were negotiating to get the Colts, that's why it's built like it is (football field) but it is really part of the Con. Center. That's what it will be used for when the new Stadium is done.

it should be left up to each team to decide or why not have a dome with a removable top to give you the option, its part of the home team advantage closed dome makes it louder, open dome lets the elements in
-
Take the Vikes..they are talking a regular stadium. It would again give them a major home field advanatge. I think u then build ur team accordingly.

IMO with the advent of all the new pi rules and or the emphasis on penalizing people as much as possible for roughing the passer the NFL has stated where they want the NFL to be in the future.
More scoring , more passing.

Without outdoor stadiums we would never get to hear.
"The frozen tundra of Lambeu field" ;D
