I do it a few times a year, and personally.......I LOVE IT.....

Yes it can be quite good. Though i do it PUSH/LEGS/PULL.

its great b/c its very basic. You train the muscles that go together. people have said that training push/pull, overtrains the arms. After hitting chest, your tris are already indirctly worked and then your going to work them again in the same day?? I don't buy that.

legs/push/pull for me...once every month or two..makes for a fun day in the gym ;)

push/legs/pull.exact same workout i do. 3 days a week is probably the best system for growth unless you are on the sauce in my opinion.

pull push legs , for me

I use push/pull/legs/off and then repeat. It has worked great for me.
