Why do the small guys always have some kind of infinite wisdom when it comes to training and diet and bodybuilding yet remain small and preach their shit to everybody?

most of the time the smaller people are a lot smarter in terms of bbingbecause of there shitty genetics....
im not saying that bigger ppl dont know how to train, but it seems that smaller people do a lot more reading because it harder for them to convince ppl that they know what there talking about...hope that helps

Small guys are basically pussies that can't get big, so they learn everything they can about getting big to compensate.....so I'm told.

Easy answer:
The majority of "big guys" are either fat (= small when dieted down), on roids or both.
On roids you get big without eating 29485 grams of protein every day.
"Small guys" (the serious and ripped ones) don't have the luxury of the fat/roids so they have to utilize every trick in the book to gain some size.

It's their pay-off for having no muscle. They get to tell the guys with big muscles why they're doing it all wrong...often citing a scientific study (Croker et al) to enlighten the simpleton.

You don't need mass quantities of protein to get huge on roids, nor do you need to train your ass off.
Load up on 1500 mg test/week, hit the gym 4 times per week, and get enough calories without caring about protein, and see what happens.

some ppl are better at giving advice than taking their own. a small personal trainer who studied nutrition aswell as training could bulk up if they wanted to, but alot choose not to, as they prefer the fitness look.

trust me it is better to look good with your clothes off then look "big" with your clothes on

I have seen plenty of guys that are small and lean and they don't look that "good".
