not gonna "bulk" just gonna even myself out i think. Probably only eating about 50cals over matinence this time rather then about 4000+ over matience :P like last time

To be honest if you would of seen me in real life when i was at my fattest. You wouldn't of thought much of it. Most people just thought i was a lil chubby. The pictures i presented portrayed my weight gain very differently then what i looked like in real life. I think its one of those things you have to see to believe.

Current diet on a workout day:
Meal 1:
300ML Oatmeal With protein shake. (i use a measuring cup to weigh my oatmeal, random i know but its convenient.)
Meal 2:
350grams Tuna, Pasta, Tomato paste sauce, Cottage cheese, Spinach All mixed together.
Meal 3:
500grams Rump or porterhouse steak with mashed potatoes and brochilli and peas.
Meal 4:
350grams Tuna, Pasta, Tomato paste sauce, Cottage cheese, Spinach All mixed together.
Meal 5:
250 grams Tuna, Pasta, Tomato paste sauce, Cottage cheese, Spinach All mixed together. With protein Shake.
1 Fish oil Tab
1 Primrose Oil tab
1 teaspoon of Creatine
Meal 6:
350 grams Tuna, Pasta, Tomato paste sauce, Cottage cheese, Spinach All mixed together. With Protein Shake
I drink probably around 2-3 Litres of water a day as well.
I eat alot of the pasta mix throughout the day mainly because.. again its convenient and it has everything i need so i don't mind eating heaps of it throughout the day.

yes but he may find sympathy from the curtain rod judging panel of Garfield, Gizmo, and Tickle Me Elmo, all of whom he's been known to "train" with.

This guy is an idiot. He is still doing the same shitty routine bulked onto a diet where he eats the same damn meal 5 times a day.
Why is this kid doing advanced split training when he has no muscle? He looks so weak he could probably bench every day and not overtrain.
2 years and he still looks worse than when he started. Maybe he is a gimmick.

seriously though unless he still hasnt gone through puberty he has progressed very little, perhaps he should try on a different sport. ive seen guys women who dont eat and train like crap make more progress.

Ok..I will admit I was being harsh and perhaps a little jealous. I have him on most bodyparts but his cannonball delts and the sheer breadth of his shoulders is something I shall probably never achieve.
He must have to walk sideways to get in a room.
