Those are shruggs....I believe that going overboard with the weights when attempting to row has been a problem which resulted in overgrown traps. The rowing exercise was meant to be performed leaning forward at 90 degrees and with much lesser weight.

YES THERE IS...AND IT GIVES THE BB A BLOCKY LOOK...THE TRAPS AND THE BACK COMBINED WITH SMALL CHEST ( SOUNDS FEMILIAR ? ) GIVES THAT BLOCKY LOOK. Here's what it should look like :
