I am really drained...before the holidays that was 5 x 5...could'nt quite get it this time..took a little time off (9 days) from training and diet..time to get back in the game and start making gains this year...how's ur deadlifting routine goin?

good stuff man, that's a hell of a lot of sets of deads, lot of work right there, your back will be feeling like you beat it with a ballpeen hammer tomorrow.

good strong lifts....
you may have had more in the tank at the end if you would have cut back on the warm up reps with 315

haha, i am at the same level but do not consider my lifts anything impressive, just the average, there's still a lot of room to improve

started with pull-ups..4 x 8ish, deadlifted, seated row 3 x 8, hyper-extensions..3 sets.........that's a pretty standard warm-up sequence for me..especially on big lifts such as DL and squats..I've always been very aware of a good warm up and ,therefore, preventing injuries...been at it since high school(32 now) and I've never sustained any injury..however, I understand the comment about wearing myself out before my work sets..just a preference :)

Nice deadlift workout - similar to mine at the moment. I'm including more sets in there are gradually and working on the form.

Thats not my warm up. I thought it might be a better warm up for Dov. mind are a little less then that.

haha, what's up Pandi? Have'nt maxed in a LONG time..last DL max I got 535..that's with belt/straps..probably could'nt do anymore than that now..but, who knows, maybe I'll try :)

beat huh? Guess you did it right! We are of the same strength though you do more sets....and I can do about 25 lbs more but I can tell you now this simple exercise WILL beef up your back thickness and width, promise. Keep up the good work lad.
