Aaron did it on boring longevity-25 homer seasons for 20-some seasons  ::)  nothing spectacular

Taking liquid speed is hardly clean living. ::)

As for Ruth, he may have eaten nothing but hot dogs and drank beer, but he also only faced white pitchers (I'm sure Satchel Paige would emerge the victor more than Ruth if they had ever faced one another....not to mention other Negro League players), and had smaller parks to play in. He was ahead of his time, for sure, but he had advantages and disadvantages just like Bonds did/does.

like that makes a difference.  How many great pitchers was Ruth not facing then ? maybe 2 or 3 tops ?  what a stupid point.

he hit a lot more than 25 HR's per season, even 25 HR's times 25 seasons is only 500 HR's he would have had to had some years where he was hitting 40-45 HR's plus another thing people forget is that he's also the all time RBI leader as well, very underrated player.

So better competition would not make a difference? Join your friend and kill yourself too.
You have no right to call a statement stupid after this post.

"SirTraps"...have you ever tried to hit a baseball? This is a serious question because there is a reason it is considered by many to be the most difficult skill in all of sports.

We had this debate at work I most said hitting a baseball is the hardest in all of sports I think hitting a golf ball is much harder well hitting it and making it where you want to go

Bonds made 16 million last year.

99.99% of the general public would do exactly what he did for 1 million

Math is a little off partner. It would be 625 homers.

And STILL over 125 short of the number Hammerin' Hank hit before retiring.
