I am trying to eat clean and yada yada yada
but a bottle of Baileys Irish Creme is calling my name
I like to sit at home on a Sunday watch the football games and sip ice cold baileys. Maybe order up some BBQ Rib (extra greasy), corn bread, corn on the cob and some mash potatoes.

um...that doesn't sound like try. forget the Bailey's just get torn up on straight hard liquor, watch football eating veggies dipped in low fat ranch sause, and make up for it in cardio on monday

No....never on the rocks, sometimes in shots, chocolate martinis, and Irish coffee, but never on the rocks, and never to guys. Next time you go to a bar, ask the bartender for a Baileys on the rocks and watch their reaction to you..

I had 2 diet dr. pepper and some Jerk Chicken.
hehe...I also started planning my summer vacation to get my mind off of the food

dude..I have no problem gaining weight (fat)..my problem is staying lean.
I am not dieting just trying to eat somewhat clean and stick to "maintenance" caloric intake
I have the worse genetics..I smell food and I gain weight around my gut

If u wanna gain muscle...u gotta eat a LOT.If u do what you're suppose to do you'll gain muscle..if u don't...just fat.

Count calories. Split the calorie target into your chosen macronutrient breakdown, and from this make the diet.
If you feel like cheating every now and then, just deduct the amount of calories you "cheated" in from the rest of the diet.
Eating clean = worthless without calorie control.

Baileys has tons of calories.
If you must drink, then just try vodka with diet soda. Or red wine.

Baileys has far too much sugar in it. Shit will make you fat quicker then drinking beer.
