Hey OnlyMe,
I saw some pics you've posted from your younger days and I just wanted to say you looked great man. Had an awesome physique. I realize that was a long while ago, but can you post some more pics???
Also, do you have a new year's resolution to return to that former state? Would be awesome to see ya in shape again.
He needs to lose around 400-500 lbs. I don't think a "new year's resolution" is going to do it. More like a "5-year-plan" like the Soviet Politburo used to do.

Hi Keith
-
i realize he doesn't look like he used to at the moment. BUT its not too late to bring it back. in ONE year I believe he could look like he used to.
He could lose 40-50 lbs in the first month. and probably almost just as much in the 2nd. just depends on whether he's willing to sacrifice and work for it.
in his prime though, he looked great, and surpassed almost every getbigger who posts here.
i dont know. he looks kind of fat in all pics ive seen of him to be honest.

Here's an article from Planet Muscle where Jeff Everson (who
has been around and seen it all concerning bodybuilding and
powerlifting); says he truly felt Keith had the potential to be
the strongest man of all time. I would say that is a pretty impressive
coment and who knows what would have happened had he not have
been bitten by the spider.
