Title: I have a problem

You have to let the sneeze out, I get that shit too when i hold it in. It feels like the blood gets forced into your shoulder or something.

What SF1 was saying about getting pains in the back when sneezing I can relate too except mine is more mid to upper on the back. It's no big deal though, I wouldn't worry about it
