Ok Mike, Laura, and anyone else who watches these, what are we watching?
I watched Celebrity Rehab last night:

I watched it last night. Looks pretty good so far. Problem is that half of them don't want to get clean, they just want a paycheck. Jeff Conaway is a mess, I wonder if he will ever be able to talk normal again. I have been to rehab a few times and never saw anyone go for pot, I didn't know that there were WD's involved when quitting it. I will say this, I have never seen Dr. Drew in any show and not been impressed with his demeanor. I think he was a good choice to host the show. The Hills will be back next season.

I saw Jeff on a TVLAND special last year and he couldn't talk there either. On celebrity fit club he could talk sometimes and others he was just a mess. I know a girl who used to take 30 xanax at a time and she was the same way, too many benzos makes you slur your words. Then when you consider all the other shit he is on, I don't think he was faking personally. I don't like any of the peoples chances tbh. Daniel Baldwin is already clean so I think he will be ok, but I don't see anyone getting clean on a TV show. It should be interesting though.

I HATE those 2 shows. When they first started those I used to watch them (Puck was a riot! And remember that black girl who had her jaw wired shut so she could drop like 10 pounds, she was the same girl who had the abortion on the show) but not in a few years.
I saw a commercial for the next season of Big Brother, that is the only cash contest reality show I watch. I may flip to Survivor and Amazing Race but never watch a whole episode or keep track of them.

I watch Real World during marathons sometimes, but haven't gotten too into it the last few seasons. I did catch the Sydney finale the other night, I thought this season was kind of lame. I love Gauntlet and Inferno though.

It's a pretty good show. I think he should be himself more though. He really plays up to the camera about not wanting change, being scared of everything etc.

800,000$ is way too low. Probably in the 4 million range. Although I don't know much about California real estate, it could be much more than that.

Definitely. I just read on Wiki that he was only worth 3 million dollars, but I think it is much more than that. Here are his acting credits, he has also directed and produced. I highlighted the roles that went into syndication and he lost likely got made several million for each of those. Last season the ring he bought was over 100 grand.

I've watched "Temptation Island", the belgian/dutch version a couple of times.
That shit was hilarious, i can't believe how they found so stupid people.

I saw the commercial for "Flava of Love III". Although, I thought Flava Flav got married this past summer. I am so confused.
We watched Celebrity Rehab and Rock of Love II as well. I couldn't believe the shape Jeff Conway was in. That was truly sad.

Pretty much what I expected. I knew that Taylor Made and Tiffany were living together long before the show ended. I guess the Mr. Wise "jumping" was kind of unexpected, but it was just so/so for me. Not enough Midget Mac :(

Jessica Sierra is now a resident of the Pasadena Recovery Center and has started her one-year, court-ordered rehab.

TMZ has learned that the pregnant former Idol flew into LAX late Friday night, where she was met by the center's Director, Michael Bloom, who escorted Jessica straight to the PRC to begin her year-long stay at the live-in facility. Sources tell TMZ that Dr. Drew met with Sierra on Saturday afternoon, and he's now trying to work with a Florida court to get permission for her to attend group meetings outside the facility -- no answer yet!
Sierra still faces the uphill battles of her pregnancy, a year in rehab, and Vivid Entertainment's release of a sex tape during "Idol" premiere week.

His gf is not going to help his recovery at all. She probably needs rehab herself, and gave me the impression that she is going to be very needy and be more concerned about herself than letting him get the help he needs. She probably needs rehab herself, and gave me the impression that she is going to be very needy and be more concerned about herself than letting him get the help he needs. Dr.Drew is fantastic I think , I really really like him , and I agree I watch just for the "trainwreck" effect. I think Mary Carey is changing and Brigitte is cool .Daniel Baldwin comes off as a professional patient he's got all the answers on a script and knows which act is up next , I can't get the little rocker dude yet and the new guy seems like he's destined to fail , he's paranoid and has a better than thou attitude.

We watched some of Celebrity Rehab last night. It seems like it's good for some people to see what kind of condition Jeff is in. That could scare some people away from abusing drugs/alcohol.
But then others may think..."hmm...maybe I'm not so bad after all." :-\

You like the assistant? I am sure she is good at her job, but she seems very cold and has the attitude that since she is no longer an addict she is better than everyone else imo. Doc Drew seems like a good guy though.

Obviously Celeb rehab is a hit, so who do you guys want to see in the next season? Danny Bonaduce comes to mind. Ozzy Ozbourne.. I can't think of anyone else right now :(

I saw part of it I think. Did he say he felt bad vibes or something while indicating toward the young girl...and she said, "because I don't like you. You are arrogant."

Did you guys watch Celeb Rehab last night? How about Daniel getting all crazy about girls in wet t-shirts threatening his sobriety...but no! Not the girls in general but specifically the one that wasn't a resident! It was "her fault and so inappropriate!" He does after all have a wife that is 4 months prego! Then come to find out when he'd been texting at night w/the porn star he'd been sending her pictures and asking for her pictures. Oh brother ::)

Ricco was more likeable , he was giving Jessica boxing lessons and seems much more sociable.I liked how he did all the BBQ cooking too :)
danielson did you find Shelly (?)( Doc' asst ) any better this week ? I thought it was a nice exchange between her and Jeff the beginning of the show saying Good Morning (etc.) to each other. :)
Jeff :o OMFG , all the crap he was put through as a kid , :'( , all the group was so "silent" and "touched" somehow it was powerful.
I think Mary was bad for being involved w/the pic thing and snitching.
Total "b!tch" move , she's told Doc she wanted to stop all that behavior and then goes and does it
