which one do you have most respect for ? someone with a big bench? big squat? big deads? big curls? big triceps kickbacks?
-
Squat, dead, bench.
No partials.

stability ball curls while standing on one leg
but seriously....SQUATS without a doubt in my mind, deadlifts a close 2nd, then bench
-
sit-ups.

facelift
-
you may only pick one

Good question...I would say any of the big three since they all require hard work to some extent.
I'd be impressed with a good squat out of three the msot since it requires the most amount of work; most people don't even know how to squat properly much less squat big numbers with good form.
#2 with a good bench since I'm not very good at it myself ;)

CLEAN AND PRESS!

unfortunately, the bench press is the most respected b/c most gym goers are idiots....for true iron bros. I would go with an impressive SQUAT! ;)..

squats with good form. followed by bench and then deadlifts. the reason i say this is because take a look around the gym its no real big thing to see someone deadlift 315 x10. 315 on the bench for ten is much harder for most people than squating but the energy required on a big set of squats is much more demanding.
today while i was stretching i saw a kid put 185 on and do like quarter squats and was looking like he was really working. i wanted to imagine what would happen if he stepped of the rack and did a real deep squat.

reverse forearm curls...actually, ill say squats. Everybody in the gym benches, most people deadlift, very few squat (at least with decent weight and good form)
-
I respect squat the most, but in general people respect bench.

Deads all the way.

Epic lurching your shoulders forward to flare your lats. Relaxed poses are more impressive
-
Squats to a box or a parallel good morning with the safety squat bar.

I would say dead lifts with Dumb bells.

I tried some sit down bench squats awhile back.......awkward.
I think deads is the most impressive because there is no "wind up" for the muscles.

Epic lurching your shoulders forward to flare your lats. not realizing there are more muscles in your back than lats. Relaxed poses are more impressive

at the moment... a 315lb push press! ;D
-
deads. pullin' the weight without momemtum=pure strength.
you see alot more people squatting than dead lifting. there's a reason for that.
