REPS Arnold special with Serge Nubret article.
Where do fellow canadians like to shop for all the latest mags?
http://www.repsmag.com/

Wow...another Arnold issue for REPS.
Although the Nubret interview would be cool.
But wow...two covers in one year. Lame. I love Arnold, but surely there's more to cover today than him. I doubt this mag will last another year, at least until another Arnold cover comes out.

They know what sells. I am sure all the Arnold specials sell out fast. I am either the first or last to get the mag. Looking forward to Serge's part with those cool pics.

Yeah bro all is well. Now answer my question Canadian! >:(
Oh yeah I met mr. Canada 2004 on new year's day at monster gym. Too bad you weren't there to see Zeb getting self conscious around me and my training partner. ;D

Are you serious? I've never heard of a "Mr. Canada" bodybuilding champion. Someone enlighten me.

There is one every year. The overall winner of the Canadian Nationals. Gets an IFBB pro card too. I think the Mr. Canada title is unofficial cause the contest isn't called the Mr.Canada. But hey, that's what I'd call myself. You may remember a skinny armed fella by the name of Frank McGrath. That's how he turned pro.

WHAT??
You have never heard of the great Vince Basile?? He is a legend, invented a LOT of legendary bodybuilding training methods, many machines and a lot of other things as well.
He invented the leg press and the smith machine, rumors say.
A true legend and a great hero for bodybuilding.
Mr Canada 1971!!

I've never heard of "Mr. Canada" anything. I used to live in Canada; and never heard anything about a Mr. Canada bb competition. I've seen Ms. Canada beauty pageants, on tv.

FYI Vince also invented Canada and the process of invention itself.

He also invented bodybuilding, and now he lives in a 500 square meter storehouse villa.

Not shelling out the cash for patents is a bitch huh?

:'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
He filed a patent for bodybuilding in 1478, unfortunately forget to renew it when Steve Reeves made it big again... :'( :'( :'( :'(
He would be the richest man in the world now.
He also invented patents, but could not file a patent for "patents" because the service was not available.

Yes, Frank was up and coming and disappeared in silence. He definitely has quality pro-BB mass, but needs some fine tuning. Didn't know he's a Mr. Canada. Where is he? Has he done any competition in the US 2007? I seriously hope he leaves Canada for a bit, he'd make a better living a pro-bb in the US.
