Title: Music you workout to-Please contribute
Post by: danielson on January 11, 2008, 07:13:57 PM
We have had threads like this before, but I think its so much easier to download songs to workout to when seeing them in a thread or list. Please post some of the songs you workout to. I have been listening to this Foo Fighters song after I saw Blockhead mention it. Post titles please so we know what to download if we like them.

Foo Fighters-Best of You

The lyrics say cheesy love song but the song reminds me of training when I was younger, obviously this song is not for everyone.

If you like Foo Fighters, then pick up some of their Original Silver Disc that are live Concerts and they fuckin rock. I am a huge Nirvana, Bush, Foo Fighters, Sum 41 and Emo bands but when the shows are live, just amps you up even more. You can import them onto your ipod and it sounds fucking great!!! The only thing you hear is the music

I love live music. I remember about 12 years ago I was at some small record store and I paid like 100 bucks for a live Pearl Jam CD. This was pre-Napster, and I liked the CD, but 100 bucks for it was kind of stupid.

Ok, Danielson...you should have never forked over $100 for one live cd. I have seen Bush over 50 times live and have 70 of their cd's and most are original silver cd's but i found most on Ebay and i bought 20 of them from a guy who "Needed" the money and i paid $80 for 20. If i was lucky enough to find them in a record store, they would have been around $25 each. Checkout some live AC/DC live Cd's and import them on your ipod. They fuckin Rock hard and the Crowds are really into their shows.

Yes, NOW I know this. But this was 12 years ago or so and I there was no Napster or file sharing. I was a big fan of PJ and enjoyed seeing them at Loolpalooza so I bought it.

I understand being a big fan of a band. I bought Bush's last show ever and that costs me $70 and when i got it, it sounded terrible and you could here people singing in the background. Foo Fighters put out a live cd but is acoustic but i need loud guitars.

Enjoy!
