Nice how the audience needed the prompt to applause. I'm sure the same thing would happen today, except maybe Kelly would barf or something.

Regis also had Rich Gaspari on that show...I'd applaude Regis for giving a spotlight to bodybuilding, but in fact it was just a freak show intended to attract audiences by the sheer strangeness of it.

But Samir looked great.
