Everyday I usually go to bed at 4 AM wake up at 12

I have the same problem. I can force myself to sleep between normal hours, but it's tuff. :-\
MB owners are just cool like that. 8)

i can function ok on 6 hours sleep-but after a few days it catches up to me. 8-9 hours are ideal, but i usually only get that on weekends.
There are people who claim they only need 2-4 hours sleep, i cant imagine that.

Take a look at my posting. I am up all the time working. I usually try to go to sleep around 2 or 3am and get up at around 6 or 7am

I heard there was a connection between lack of sleep and obesity. This may be the proof they have been looking for! :D

I usually go to sleep about midnight,wake up at 3am to eat, wake up at 6am to eat, wake up at 9am, take a nap at 4pm, get up at 5pm, train a couple more clients, then home, eat a couple more times, then to bed...I'm training for a show, or I'd have a social life....right now it's all about sleep, eat, train, repeat...

HAHAHAHAHA..yeah my sister tries to use that as an excuse....as do some of my clients...If you have a very high Cortisol level at night that might account for it...otherwise just push your happy *ss away from the table...

On a weekly basis, I literally sleep, often only every other night.
Two episodes per week...I work 36 hours straight (losing 2 nights)
Have undergone two sleep studies for this (two head ijuries possible cause(s), have shown I do not reach REM sleep-could be significant).
Regular nites Im ok with 5, 6 I feel best.

I have no idea what you are meaning by sexual or sensual or what!!!!! He has been one of my best support systems through many shows, I was just paying homage to my homeboy for being there for me. So when the rest of you are paying $10 bucks a shot for pics...he'll be in there having pics taken with me.
That's what friends do....
