listen computer boy most big gyms have little baby ass rules they try to enforce about gym bags.Smaller gyms were people used to workout and not flirt with the front desk hooters reject girl.

Dude this guy lifts in my gym I've watched him before one of the strongest benches I have ever seen. I once saw him get 585 on incline for 4 at a body weight of 240lbs.

Jeremy does compete, he is a FREAKING BEAST!!! Any one who will be at the Arnold can meet him in the Animal Cage he is one of their lifters.

He does compete in all RAW contest, I have enver ever seen him use a bench shirt in contest. He owns the All Time Raw World Record in the 242's and maybe in the 220's. Great kid and has lots of time to only get better.

His new DVD is Bad Ass with lots of hardcore training Footage in it. I think it is called "242 Raw"

I carry my gym bag all the time with me. In it contains: my lifting straps, knee wraps, wrist wraps, elbow wraps, 4 different muscletech products, 3 extra pairs of collars, a pushdown bar, another pair of lifting straps for my intense powerlifting days, 3 different belts (one for powerlifting, one for bodybuilding and another with my name on it), 6-8 protein bars, 2 pairs of gloves, bandana, animalpak t-shirt and sweatshirt and log book.

Have to be prepared!

Don't forget the big ass chain (used around your neck while doing dips, Branch Warren-style)

Yeah, that fucked up my whole workout today :( I actually did do chest today! I was walking over to the dip station with my hood on, animalpak sweatshirt on, remaining dark because a shadow casts over my iron soul and noticed that I left my 3 100 pound chains at home. My chest workout was totally fucked :(

most of that shit you could leave in the car instead of carrying around a huge bag to tell the world that you are "serious" about lifting.

epic attempt for attention.

:(...you obviously missed extreme sarcasm LOLZ...Though, it seems as though Bluto caught on! I mean do you really think they make any gym bag big enough to carry all that stuff? :(.....

Next time I will keep it simple :)

One reason is theft of equipment. You could easily slip out handles, small plates etc etc.

A little. But my real skills lies in the posing. I've got to master that.
