I will never use principles again not proven to work or promoted by someone with credibility. I used the TA principles and lost muscle on them.

TA has very little credibility in my book, and shouldn't have any in yours either!

Yes its quite disturbing. Why post it here? I was kind of liking the whole figgs thing but this is a little odd and must say kind of creepy.

Looks like a guy decapitated on the ground....and a woman decapitated and strung up on a swingset. Guess someone got home from work a little early that day.
