right after workout, what is worst have with post workout meal out of absorption speed standpoint, 10g fat or 10g fiber?

Why have either? Just drink Whey and Waxy Maize post workout (within 15 minutes) then eat a solid meal 1-1 1/2 hours later.

soluble fiber, it slows down the mechanics of digestion also.

Both are bad choices for a post workout meal
