I think they do experiments like how fast they punch and how hard they can kick. I saw a commercial and if its the same show I am thinking of then they do a bunch of mythbuster-like experiments.

yeah i seem to recall them doing something like that before with martial arts only this is for mma
interesting, i hope it doesnt backfire on them though, even in the video they hit by tito is more than what would cause a concussion so im not sure mma needs that kinda press ;)

They showed Rampage slamming a guy. They measured it and said it is the hardest hit in sports. More impact than any hit in sport.

Alright I finally got around to watch it. Good show!
Bas is a beast.
I was a little disappointed that they didn't spend more times discussing the KO "button" and the chokes. Comparing for example a straight punch to the jaw compared to a hook to the side for example.
