what brand of waxy to you use?

Right now IDS because I get a great deal from my buddy who runs some supp stores.
Try looking on-line, it should be a whored out product by now. Meaning, you can find it cheap on line. Also, if you have a mom and pop supplement store, usually they are cheaper than the big chains. Heard a lot of guys having good success with true protein's version.

Once you start using it, after a week, you will feel great. I tried going back to the old dextrose and malto combo to only get a nice gut bomb. Then went back to waxy and life is great again ;)

Depneds bro, I use about 60 g. (about a scoop and a half). I settled on that because was trying 80g. Waxy to 40 g. Whey and felt I was getting a bit chubby. Backed Waxy to 60 g. Whey 40-45 g. and life is great.
With the diet you posted, Waxy will be a fine addition.

By the way, mean it depends on your size, kinda. No data to support that but just what I have experienced... More muscle you have the more you could probably take as you want maximum glycogen replenishment.
I am 5'8" 220-225 on a good day at about 12-13% BF

you think it may have an effect on defining the abs a little better if i toss the grape juice?

When dieting, I never take in any liquid sugars, nor milk.
But, I am in my late 30's so bodyfat is easier to gain at my age. You youngins' can eat McD and still get lean :D
