From Milos Sarcev
FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
I acted as directed by Mr. Jim Manion:
I sent the letter to him addressed to Mr. Ben Weider along with my (and Milamar's) application for 2008.
Surprisingly - I have received my check back with explanation that Milamar should send hers separately and that I have to wait for a boards decision...
As most of you know - I am not very much liked by the officials - and WHY EXACTLY?
Because I am NOT AFRAID TO TELL THE TRUTH...
If I make a mistake - I publicly admit it, my mother or sister, wife or daughter - it would be NO DIFFERENCE...Right is right and wrong is wrong...
IF IFBB will revoke my membership...WHAT IS THEIR REASON EXACTLY?
Because I reported what I witnessed in Asia and heard from NUMEROUS athletes, coaches and officials from - I will repeat: NUMEROUS ASIAN IFBB NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS?
And what was my report for?
For one reason only: SAVING THE INTEGRITY OF THE IFBB ORGANIZATION!
So, before I say anything else - I will just wait for their decision... but IF anyone thinks that I would just let them kick me out... they have another thing coming.
If any IFBB athlete believes that I am NOT fighting for all the athletes rights from the very first day I became the IFBB pro and if number of athletes forgot when I jumped in to save them (including their lives - as medical personal was about to kill them)... or if some forgot the assistance they got from me in numerous issues they might have with the IFBB...
And how about IFBB promoters I assisted and helped (including voluntarily MC-ing the IFBB shows more than couple of times...)
Well, after qualifying for the Olympia in my first 10 consecutive years - I was told NOT to compete in 2000 Olympia I was qualified for... Wayne was NOT going to let me compete "for medical reasons" - even though I was cleared as SAFE TO COMPETE...
I did not complain...and accepted decision - in everyone's best interest.
In this last instance (Asian games) - I was also told that NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN THE OFFICE doubts what I am saying and everyone knows how passionate I am about bodybuilding and the IFBB...but high official is complaining and code of ethics was broken - so I either show the proof or accept the suspension.
As VERY HIGHLY RANKED IFBB OFFICIAL would be unfortunately exposed - and NOT because he is guilty of doing wrong thing...but only guilty by association I made a decision - to accept suspension - as I would NOT WANT TO HURT MENTIONED OFFICIAL and certainly NOT at this stage of his life. His integrity would have been questioned and I know that he is honorable gentleman contrary to his Asian counterpart who wanted my suspension...
So bottom line is: am I going to be expelled from the IFBB because I was trying to save Federations integrity...or... because I am opinionated and not afraid to express my opinions (ALL IN BENEFIT TO EVERY IFBB PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE competing today)?

How noble of you to be the savior.

Wow you volunteered to mumble at the mic? Where is your medal of honor?!
so I either show the proof or accept the suspension.

You keep saying you have proof but you never showed it. You don't want to expose an official because he didn't do anything wrong but guilt by association? errrkay ya that makes perfect sense. ::)

Isaac,
What's your beef with Milos? Does he owe you money for a website or something or are you just being a lapdog?
-
First Lee, and now Milos?
These fuccking IFBB douchebags have a new M.O.: At first say the suspension is for a certain period of time, say "one year", "six months", or whatever, then after getting the person to behave for the suspension period, BAM - Banned for life! (or whenever Manion decides otherwise) ::)
-

Isaac is the biggest IFBB asskisser around. You should know that, Ed. ::)

I have no beef, pig or other animal by-products with him aside from the hypocrisy of his letter.
Perhaps you could get him as a guest on big nation so he can tell us all about how he is saving the IFBB's integrity, one competitor at a time.
-
Who gives a flying fuck? Seriously? People sit here and talk shit all day about the IFBB and then cry when they get kicked out?

That was Lee, not Milos. Milos has always supported the IFBB.
-
I cannot see why they should exclude Milos Sarcev when so many others are blatantly breaking IFBB rules and regulations.
Ie, look at Chris Duffy, working as a male escort. Or Eddie Moyzan, dealing drugs.
That's not hurting the IFBB?
Look at rule 6 in the Code of ethics, for the IFBB pro division:
To assist the Pro League in the promotion of bodybuilding, fitness and
figure by acting as a goodwill ambassador of the sport, promoting the sport
in a positive manner, and protecting the good image and integrity of the
sport and the Pro League.
Chris Duffy and Eddie Moyzan are doing a great job at that.
Or what about all those schmoe wrestling "Female" bodybuilders? ::)
I like rule #15 ::):
To oppose the use of banned substances and methods.
And in the rulebook, rule #8.1:
8.1 Policy Statement:
Sport involves physical health and fitness, mental application and dedication to
training. Doping – the use of prohibited substances and/or prohibited methods –
to artificially enhance performance is unethical, contrary to the concept of fair
play, undermines the values of sport, and can endanger the health of the athletes.
The point is, how are Milos Sarcev being singled out, when there are plenty of others, with much worse offences?
Like Vic "the Rat" Martinez, eg.

Exactly. And all the excuses Bob uses for Lee, like he "turned down an opportunity to come back" or he was "constantly bad-mouthing the IFBB" are just not true of Milos. I wonder what excuses "company-man" will give this time around to defend the IFBB's bullshit actions?
-
I think Milos is a great guy and the IFBB are clearly afraid of people who speak their minds
they have nothing to lose by letting him and Lee in, they are just too scared of what they might say
-
I'm sure Nasser will have something to say about it on PBW.
-
Milos, without proof - you should be careful of accusations.. or atleast show some discretion
-
I'm sure Nasser will have something to say about it on PBW.
Nasser is an asshole
-
Nasser is an asshole
Truth.
-
I think Milos is a smart guy and his heart in the right place but the internet boards are not where you want to put out private disputes especially when you don't have a final ruling from the IFBB.
-
Milos should send Milamar to give Ben Weider a ride to the airport..i'm sure he will then be let back into the IFBB.

Very insightful "Kunta" ::)

I am sure you would be the best person to get the job done "toby2007" ;)

milos is melting a lot lately

I don't think Milos is a great guy.
But I think it would be wrong that he got kicked out when there are others that commits offenses against the IFBB Pro League code.
Double standard always smells.
-
I maintain that the name 'International Federation of Bodybuilders' is a misnomer.
Wouldn't the decision to dismiss him from the organization have to come from the performer-athletes themselves?
-
Milos is not a great guy but they let all these convicted dealers, rats, prostitutes and drug addicts sign up to this IFBB circus so why the problem for Milos?
-
Milos should send Milamar to give Ben Weider a ride to the airport..i'm sure he will then be let back into the IFBB.
I'm sure Ben would rather get a ride from Dennis Wolf.
-
Ben Weider was born with grey hair.

The main problem is that usually, other bodybuilders will come out and backstab their own.
The NHL players eg, stays loyal to their kind.

They can't be a "private company" when legally they are a non-profit sports federation. If they wanna be a "private comapny", they should incorporate and start paying taxes.

What is the tax status of the 'IFBB Pro League'? Are they also a registered NPO?
-
what is hidden behind this non-profit sports orgnization.weider publication, food suppliments, gym equipment etc.Mr olympia alone is a money making machine.they r making tons of money behind this npo.
-
I read somewhere that because the IFBB's head office is in Canada and that all deals/money go through via the canadian side hence theres no tax to them (IFBB) in the states where they are very active.Could this be a loophole they have discovered on evading taxes?
-
The Weiders are Canadian and muscletech is Canadian ,, where are the Americans in bbing??

ha ha,
i can't wait for chicks predictable asskissing response
