Lately I have started dumping my morning dose of Creatine monohydrate in my coffee. Is this OK to do, or will it affect how it works/absorbs? I usually take it with orange juice.

im not positive but i dont think its going to affect anything...do you use sugar in your coffee?? that would also not matter in anything help with absorbtion...the only thing i might think affect it is depending on what kind of creamer or milk if any that you use...

I thought after all the debates about creatine and caffeine negating each other settled down, it was determined that the only way caffeine would really effect creatine is if they are literally taken at the exact same time. You may want to rethink it for that reason, but those statements are worth researching again...
