i make sure to wear very tight jeans and the girls simply love it.

to get buns of steel i recommend a lot of walking lunges. also sitting with your ass/back to a wall half way down for as long as you can is really great. dont forget to squeeze.

whats your best body part? make it your ass. if you can. it needs to be tight and it needs to be small. girls HATE big asses.
