I still can't believe my country gave that lunatic citizenship.
The first thing he did when he landed in Iceland was to go on some rant about jews. Gee thanks Bobby Fischer, now our whole country looks like a bunch of anti-semites.

Technically you don't need to have physical exertion in order to consider something a sport. Look at NASCAR, all you do is sit on your ass and drive really fast, but it's still considered a sport.

use the dictionary's definition of the word "sport"

I agree with you on this, but of course, like many things in this world, "sport" is being redefined so that fatties, geeks, retards, etc., can also say they participate in a "sport." ESPN showcases hot dog eating contests and spelling bees as "sports," so I suppose it's only natural for some to view chess, video games, Candy Land, circle jerks, etc., as athletic events.

espn is often brought up in this argument
espn will show whatever gets ratings, hence the reason they no longer show bodybuilding
the average joe cares more about freaks in eating contests and spelling bees than bodybuilders
and until the dictionary changes the definition i'm sticking to it 8)
