He had a protein powder which said each scoop (30g powder ) contains 30g whey + 10g creatine + 10g glutamine … now the very best WPIs come in a ratio of 1g powder to 1g protein … Labrada had a product called ISO 60 and it had the same ratio … the product was damn good but they discontinued it cause it was too expensive … then … for creatine and glutamine the most you can get in a powder to actual ingredient ration Is 1g to 1g … so 10g creatin is 10g and 10f of glutamine is another 10g so the total powder should be 50g at its best form

Nutritionist to many including Mike Knowles, Anthoneil Champagnie and Chris Nardoni. Great guy and killer physique. Should mop up the 202 and under class if he come sin in condition.

fakhri is doing great, i've been working with him here in NY for the past year, got me ready for my first national comp in dallas. placed 9th. great guy i think he would sweep the 202 class!
