several friends and i are having a contest to see who puts on the most lean muscle and looses the most body fat. the constes last 10 weeks and we are starting our 3rd week

2 points per lb of fat lost
3 points per lb of lean muscle added

we each put in $ 100.00 the most points wins all

so my question is on the day of weight in will it hurt or help if i sit in the dry sauna for a couple of hours ?

Be honest and request a cycle for newbies (it wont hurt since its not a crime)

not a newbie been there done that back in my younger days

and i thought about the blowing thing but its just not for me i'm into big titties

i have the lowest body fat percentage in the group @ 16 percent so i'm doing cardio twice a day and heavy weights for 6-8 reps to put on some lean muscle mass and i'm in the gym at least 6 days a week.
the last two weeks of the contest i plan on doing the first two week of the south beach diet so no carbs.
