That video really sucked!!! Showed us nothing. Now we have to wait 3weeks. I hope he live up to the expectations.

i guessed his weight right 242lbs ;)  I can't believe he does under hand barbell rows :-X  So many bbers tear their biceps doing that shit!.

actually it is a smart move! Qualify for the O and then don't have to worry about being in shape for atleast 6 months..thus giving him a chance to peak again

242pounds 4 weeks out. I guess he will be 235 at the ironman. Thats a little bit tiny, I think he need 10 more pounds to be  the top 3 at Mr O.

he won the CO Pro Show with an equally similar lineup. 

Toney Freeman, USA
Gustavo Badell, USA

he can beat them with his CO Pro physique 2 yrs ago.

he still looks small vs the photos posted and doesnt seem that strong with all the muscle he has...as gh15 has said.  i guess it's the drugs.  as with all shots in bbing...it's angles that can make a small guy seem larger than life.
