The two most impressive things I have seen is the 1993 3 weeks out posing of Dorian on YouTube as well as Coleman on the 2002 BFTO tape. Both about 270lbs and in better condition than any of their competitors on the day of the show.

the gaspari shot is the most impressive shot in BB history, IMO.  No one had that type of conditioning at that age or during that time period.  He took it to a totally new level and he was only like 23 at the time...just incredible definition, detail, vascularity..just an awsome shot all around.
