Youtube is his only way of getting attention. Even if only one person clicks on his videos out of pure boredom, that's one more person than what would pay attention to him in real life.

His voice, the lack of dynamics to it, and his way of talking (yelling almost) loudly, makes me think he's also semi-retarded. :-\
