Not much talk here about what's going on with the weather in parts of China, but here is a link
24 dead now. Worst blizzard in 50 years and it's not over yet. Snow is piling up.

i wouldnt for a second doubt they are not reporting this in the media
'they' have increased the frequency via the asteroid entering our magnetosphere
we are evolving and its causing destruction. only a glimpse of whats to come

look at all the earth quakes today on the natural disaster map http://visz.rsoe.hu/alertmap/index.php?lang=eng

this is normal - it happens due to the magnetospheric changes. a meteor flew by. It was about the same distance away as the moon. it carries with it a very large charge, and we all knew there would be weather effects.
Right about now, the bands of it are hitting us worst. Earthquakes were up a bit lsat night (from 2 to 4-5 on the R scale), and yeah, it is cold all over the world. Dropped 50 degrees in some areas.
To those with a brain (who don't follow NBC for all their news), we knew this was coming. There isn't anything to be alarmed about - certainly not to be saying it's the end of the world. It's an effect of the meteor, period. In 3 days, weather will be back to normal.
Your real concern should be with the TV news. No mention of the meteor until the last minute. NASA took it off their website. Removed from yaoo news for 2 weeks prior. Now, there is a cold streak due to it, and some people weren't prepared. It's because people will panic of course. And threads like these, while informative - you have to be careful not to try to panic people.

Since I posted the above a few days ago the PHA list has been updated. Asteroid 2007 TU24 is now calculated to be 27% closer to the orbital path of the Earth.
the MOID for TU24 is now 0.00098 AU instead of .00124995 AU. This means that the asteroid is calculated to reach a distance of 146,000km of Earth's orbital path.
But wait! This page claims a distance of .00096 AU. (This website is the Catalina Sky Survey, the astronomers who discovered the asteroid.)
But here's the thing...
They already know what the Earth's orbit is going to be. Obviously, they don't know that much about TU24. How could they possibly change the MOID but keep the same miss distance? Are they saying the asteroid will be 27% closer to our orbital path than previously calculated but somehow maintain the same speed and distance as in previous calculations?
What will the next update say?

tu24 is effecting us
-
It passed us last night at about 330 AM.
these effects are normal. Astronomy websites and forums all over the world detailed this. It's going to be cold. There could have been large electromagnetic problems - web, power down, etc - but we seem to have dodged that.
Perhaps the media isn't talking about them so people dont make a rush on food/supploes. Perhaps its because ppl care more about britneys slut kid sister than they do about science. Perhaps its because they just didn't know the path of this thing. Because they didn't. The data changed nonstop.
Remember - this is normal. Another meteor is buzzingMars tomorrow, and that may have effects too.
If it helps - a meteor came closer last year, and we didn't know about it until two weeks AFTER when we finally noticed. one day (it's inevitable) a meteor will surprise us and will take out mankind, just as it did with the dinosaurs. We may never see it coming. So enjoy your day, have some ice cream, and watch American Idol.

Scientists say asteroid may hit Mars
By ALICIA CHANG, AP Science Writer
LOS ANGELES - Mars could be in for an asteroid hit. A newly discovered hunk of space rock has a 1 in 75 chance of slamming into the Red Planet on Jan. 30, scientists said Thursday.
"These odds are extremely unusual. We frequently work with really long odds when we track ... threatening asteroids," said Steve Chesley, an astronomer with the Near Earth Object Program at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
The asteroid, known as 2007 WD5, was discovered in late November and is similar in size to the Tunguska object that hit remote central Siberia in 1908, unleashing energy equivalent to a 15-megaton nuclear bomb that wiped out 60 million trees.
Scientists tracking the asteroid, which is halfway to Mars, initially put the odds of impact at 1 in 350 and increased the chances this week after analyzing the data. Scientists expect the odds to diminish again early next month after getting new observations of the asteroid's orbit, Chesley said.
"We know that it's going to fly by Mars and most likely going to miss, but there's a possibility of an impact," he said.
If the asteroid does smash into Mars, it'll likely aim near the equator close to where the rover Opportunity has been exploring the Martian plains since 2004. The robot is not in danger because it lies outside the impact zone. Speeding at 8 miles a second, a collision would carve a hole the size of the famed Meteor Crater in Arizona.
In 2004, fragments of the comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 smacked into Jupiter, creating a series of overlapping fireballs in space. Astronomers have yet to witness an asteroid impact with another planet.
"Unlike an Earth impact, we're not afraid, but we're excited," Chesley said.

Motherfukin' meteors!!! People in Florida are up to their assholes in alligators and your worried about fuking asteriods? Fuck asteriods, meteors, and space rocks...........fuck em all. Lets start shooting our nukes into space at them for giggles and shits, not using them for anything else anyway except to scare other countries. I gaurantee you........we start shooting at meators with our nukes the world will know we are some crazy assed rednecks and will leave us the fuck alone.

metaphor (n)
a figure of speech in which an expression is used to refer to something that it does not literally denote in order to suggest a similarity
Morality has nothing to do with it. Earth, while not sentient, is essentially an organism; a very delicate balance. We came along and extracted resources while poisoning the air and water. We've scarred the land with mining, deforestation, landfills, pesticides, and all manner of industrial waste. "Mother Nature" has a way of finding balance. "She" will find a way to cast off "her" parasites to allow "her" wounds to heal.
Can anyone explain why there is no explanation (from NASA) for the MOID to change 27% closer toward each other (TU24 and Earth) and yet the miss distance and velocity remain constant.
I am quoting from another forum, but this is the best answer that I've found:
"In the case of TU24 orbit and Earths orbit the best way to explain it is like this. Earth ride along at 0 degree plane. TU24 is on 'roughly' a 45 degree plane in relation to Earth. Earth and TU24's velocity is constant. Miss Distance is the closest point the two objects get to each other. The miss distance in the case of these two objects was calcualted to be 1.4 Lunar Distance.
Here is where things get fuzzy. A some point in past 10 days or so the orbital path of TU24 was slid inward 27% towards Earth and the velocity was not changed! So here comes TU24 and the orbital path it follows is determined to be 27% closer to Earths orbital and there is no change of velocity yet the miss distance reamins constant. It just does not work that way.
Here is an experiment you can do to understand. Take two hoola hoops and mark a point on each representing Earth and TU24. Now place the hoola hoops and in such a manner that each point marked is at the point of Miss Distance. Now slide the hoola hoop that represents TU24 inward by 27%. Did the miss distance remain the same?
When NASA changed the MOID by sliding TU24's orbital path closer to Earth and kept the velocity of TU24 constant the miss distnce must be recalculated. NASA did not do this. They left the miss distance the same. Which is flawed data. "
Bottom line: we are getting flawed data. So something is happening......now.....a nd our immediate attention is quite important!

Anybody who really believes that the human race could really kill our own planet is on some really goooooooooooooooood shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiittt. Oh sure mankind can liter and poisen a few streams but quess what? Everything that mankind has made ever in the history of the world came from guess where? That's right Motherfukin' earth. Out of the soil and back into the soil, everything is biodegradable, some shit just takes a little longer.
Mount Saint Helen's when it blew it's top off put out more toxins in one day than the entire human race since the dawn of the industrial age. Go figure.

Yes - this was SIX DAYS AGO.
The data was incomplete, and it changed hourly. You have two objects moving very fast, and it's very hard to estimate their paths. They nailed it to a very close estimate, but it changed frequently in that last week as more and more observatories tracked it. I was nervous, but hey, what can you do?
NASA followed it but didn't release their info the last day, which was odd.

Not if mankind is prepared.
Today, we are able to cover something like 2 - 3% of the sky with our telescopes and shit, thus, we can be surprised by an asteroid or meteor, because we simply are not looking for them in the remaining 97%. (Debussey read this stuff some years ago, can not verify that it's 100% correct).
Given that mankind ups its effort so that most or all of the area needed to diagnose potential meteors and asteroids = covered, we will not be taken by suprise.
AND, with some hefty technology development, a meteor on a collision path with earth can be blown off its path. Catastrophe movies like Armagedon might seem like a fairytale, but serious scientists are working on theories and technologies that utilize tactics like seen in that movie.
Thus, mankind CAN be prepared given that the necessary effort = put in. Unfortunately, the dumb idiots in control does not yet see the "need" for it. Mankind without an external enemy or strong leadership = a dumb fucking slow unadaptable non functioning idiot.

And I suppose the majority of the world's astronomers that are saying that TU24 is a non event are part of a world wide conspiracy. Tell me 240, what polarity is the charge? What's its magnitude?
Listening to DW and yourself speaking on science makes you both seem really fucking stupid. Stick to 9/11, Illuminati, and reptilian conspiracy theories, at least they're funny

Wind is really cold today... and I mean extremly cold, we just had a firealarm and everybody was fucking freezing... I say it has something to do with the Metero.

thanks guys.
there is no CT here. This is something astronomers have been watching since Oct 07. I've been watching it for 2 weeks, following the track of the asteroid, and now its effects.
It's funny how some ppl are trained to instantly yell "conspiracy nut" at anything they don't understand.

we exist in an electric universe as an object gets closer or nearer the sun its electric current or charge changes folks. this is VERY new science, before astronomy was mainly based on gravity principles

And the 13th zodiac.....the snake grabber a.k.a "The Galactic Plane/Birth Canal??
This December 23rd 2007 or similar winter solticii aling with this quirky alignment every so many thousands of years is the birth certificate of the ages.
But, why do they call it the "snake grabber"?
Well, "snake grabbing" takes some nerve...some guts. It might be stressful. Yet, you can't be a snake grabber if you can't grab a snake. It involves an exchange in which one comes out subdued, tamed, cultivated. And then everything else in the universe feeds on that.
That brings us to Aquarius. The water bearer. Usually depicted pouring it out of some vessel, right? THE FLOW OF WATER IS TIME TRAVEL!
This is when we finally grasp and cultivate TIME!!!
-
this is a cyclic universe it is curved
Astrology is based upon synchronicity, not deterministic causality, on sympathy, not action. The signs of a transformation from one age of humanity to another can be found elsewhere, in the universe that we do not see through the eyes of logic and reason (the male principle, yang, or "The Pillar of Joachim") but through the creative intuitive female principle, the dark side ("The Pillar of Boaz").
-
we are entering the age of aquarious
Thus the imagery of Aquarius dwells upon the cleansing power of water to offer the representation of youth, innocence and purity. Since the elemental division of the zodiac attributes the four primary laws of physics - light, gravity, energy and motion - to the elements of air, earth, fire and water respectively, Aquarius, as an air sign, also signifies light and its natural extension, clarity, through which the sign emphasises leanings towards visibly reasoned logic and lucid expression.
you see this combined with actually detoxifying "water flushing" or water purifying, in conjuction with a hallucenagen like weed will put you directly upon the hexagrams wavelength
because the devel or hexagram whatever you want to call it is only slightly less pure than a god who knows of no sin and does no sin.
its a crazy effect or lucid real life awake dream state when combined
its like you have to react so fast because people will notice, you can sense there fear because when they look in your eyes they give you a look of resentment while i stand tall with my head up with glazed eyes and a smile that i cant wipe off my face, because if i were not to smile i would look like a killer and be too intimidating
as i got home i could see in the night with green night vision like a true reptilian, but i was uneasy and could not handle this new awarness , it was too much
after 4 gallons of water that day and plenty physical activity, i was on the devils plane induced with the mary jane, being mostly cleansed but also being propelled into the devils plane by the drug
so i began eating out of fear
woke up atleast 4 times wakeing up during the night to take a piss of my less supernatural body then
because i had disrupted the process and evolution with food
maybe too much weed at the pm hours is the culprit, it was too much and the high would not wear off unless i ate

What caused the worship of the bull in Taurus? Not the bestial nature of humanity that took the bull as a symbol of the animal nature and deified it, which is what the average human being who investigates the mysteries says. It is because there were subjective forces playing upon our planet as our sun passed through the sign Taurus. The lesson for man is that under the symbol of the bull he had to wrestle with the animal in himself.
-
Then our sun passed into Aries, the Ram, and we had the sacrifice of the lamb, showing that the sacrifice of the animal nature was beginning to succeed the concept of wrestling with the animal nature.
Then the sun passed into Pisces, the fishes. The forces that played upon our planet at that time brought into the consciousness of man his essential duality and the link between the two parts of himself, two fishes linked by a band. This consciousness, on a large scale, began to make its impact upon [184] the human being, i.e. that he is soul and body. Christ came in Pisces to demonstrate to us perfectly what would be our ultimate achievement when we had linked those two together, the fish, the symbol of the second person, the fish Avatar, and the fish swimming in matter, the symbol of the human being in incarnation. There you have the story.
you see we are all one
legends across the globe depict usually a fish or serpant eating its tale, the cycle of life
remember we use to say "legendary" for the greatest things on get big?
this is truly legendary knowledge
enter with me the great purification to become gods and unite in daily prayer with me on getbig
-
Having traced that wonderful, idealistic, evolutionary teaching down the last five to six thousand years as the result of subjective forces playing upon humanity, we are now passing into the sign Aquarius where, through symbolism of water and purification, we shall learn how to be the soul and not the human being. That is what is going to happen in Aquarius.

From the site badastronomy:
From user "TU24dotORG". The video in question is full of what I can politely call inaccuracies. The basic premise is that this asteroid, which will pass our planet by quite some distance on January 29, may cause all kinds of havoc on Earth. Why? Well, because they say so.
For example, it says,
Although the chances of a direct impact with Earth are very minimal, truth is we don’t know much about TU24.
"Very minimal" overstates it. The chances are essentially 0. It’ll miss us by hundreds of thousands of kilometers.
But that’s not the point of that part of the video; the creator is trying to promote fear by saying astronomers don’t understand the asteroid. The next part of the video points out a few things about the asteroid we don’t know yet, like the asteroid’s pole direction, its rotation period, the light curve amplitude, and the spectral class.
Well, that means we don’t know if it’s spinning, how much the brightness fluctuates with time, or whether this is an iron or rocky asteroid. That part of the video is literally laughable, in that I actually laughed out loud when I saw it.
The next bit shows a webpage about the asteroid saying that better astrometry (physical measurements of the asteroid’s position on the sky) is needed, but that’s always true, for every asteroid! That has nothing to bear on the (false) claim that this asteroid is a threat. We need to refine the orbit of the object, get the error bars lowered in our ability to predict its future positions. But that doesn’t mean we don’t know where it will be in a few weeks to pretty good accuracy.
This is simple fear mongering on the part of the person who made this video, and I take a very dim view of that. A very dim view.
The video creator then goes on about the electric universe, a long-discredited theory mostly supported by people who have a hard time grasping that large objects are electrically neutral. They think that things like the Earth exchange vast amounts of electric charge with everything around them, which is pretty silly. We have actual satellites in space that measure electrical and magnetic discharges, and while this stuff is extraordinarily complicated and the details certainly aren’t ironed out, it’s very clear that the claims of the EU people are totally wrong.
To prove my point, the video then shows lightning, and says it’s plasma discharge from the Sun. Oops. The guy who made the video confuses lightning with the aurora borealis. Not a good sign.
Oh yeah, because this stuff is wrong.
Then the video gets nasty, and particularly evil. It says that TU24 (the one that gets kinda close to us later this month) could
… easily cause earthquakes, deadly storms, and massive eruptions of fire across hundreds or even thousands of square miles. That’s complete and utter crap. And it gets worse.
It then says,
Think an asteroid can’t do this?
One already has… 100 years ago
TUNGUSKA.
Yeah, well, there’s an eensy weensy difference between the Tunguska impactor and TU24: the Tunguska impactor was an impactor. It hit us. TU24 won’t hit us.
Feh.
Then the video does the usual and expected paranoid thing, saying NASA won’t admit how close it will get, yadda yadda.
Let me be perfectly clear: this video is almost entirely garbage. The asteroid will miss by hundreds of thousands of kilometers, so there will be no direct impact. There’s no such thing as a "negative asteroid", like they claim, the plasma discharges they talk about are a totally different phenomenon, and nothing like that has ever been seen in an asteroid, nor will it ever. Asteroids don’t carry charges like that, and wouldn’t couple well with the Earth’s magnetosphere the way they claim anyway.
Some people might think I am being harsh; however, doomcryers are, in my opinion, among the lowest form of life. If they’re conmen (or pranksters) then they’re a particularly fetid brand of evil, and if they’re honest, they’re not trying very hard to educate themselves on reality (yet going to a lot more trouble to make YouTube videos about it). A third kind, of course, may be honest people with mental problems, and so in my opinion are worthy of our sympathy. But that doesn’t mean we cannot take action to correct what they are doing.
In the end, as well, all three kinds of fearmonger try very hard to scare people, and facts be damned. And many times I’ve seen people good and truly scared by garbage like this. I get emails…
Needless to say I’ll try to stay on top of stuff like this. I’m just glad in a week people like "TU24dotORG" will be out of a job. Temporarily, of course, until they find the next thing they can terrorize people with.
-

Needless to say I’ll try to stay on top of stuff like this. I’m just glad in a week people like "TU24dotORG" will be out of a job. Temporarily, of course, until they find the next thing they can terrorize people with.
Sounds like this guy definately knows what he is talking about.
