In the last wk of preparation for a contest, I'm suppose to eliminate my sodium, what does a person normally eat that doesn't contain sodium, cause everything I see has some sodium.

You can't "eliminate" it from your diet. Your body needs some. The idea is to reduce its intake substantially in prep for a contest.
