The complaint title is: “KIRTLAND AFB, NM, 8 August to 3 September 1980, Alleged Sightings of Unidentified Aerial Lights in Restricted Test Range.” And “CR 44 Applies.”
The definition of CR 44 is Collections Requirement for nuclear weapons security, originally established in October 1974 and revised to CR 44A in November 1983. “Under the guidance of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the Military Services, and the Unified and Specified Commands shall provide commanders or organizations responsible for safety and security of nuclear weapons with current intelligence concerning threats to nuclear weapons.”
That highly secure test range is used by the U. S. Air Force Weapons Laboratory, Sandia Laboratories, the Defense Nuclear Agency, and the Department of Energy.

many similar incident have occurred over AF bases but of course the AF doesn't investigate UFO's so they probably didn't worry about it.

They're trying to steal our advanced weapons technology, the bastards.

I'd guess it's more of a show of strength or just capability of fucking with us at will .... if they want to
Maybe these types of incidents are the reason why the military likes to pretend that there's nothing going on.

This is hilarious, Check this out. Here's an unclassified document on the NSA's homepage that they were sued to release. Everything is blocked out except for the type that says over and over it's probably a balloon. Their optical scanning could read those sections but was not able to read anything else. All the noise filled white space was unreadable hahaha...

everything is removed that would allow the reader to determin speed of the ufo.
there are several more pages, everything blocked out other than "probably a balloon" :D

I have a buddy who works at Nellis AFB, home of area 51. He works in the Public Affairs office. We asked him about area 51 and what happens when the nuts call up asking questions. I figured he'd laugh or blow us off but he told us that they a huge "response" folder. When somebody calls up and asks stuff, they give a canned answer about lights, weather ballons etc..if the caller has specific questions or seems to know what they're talking about they go to a more detailed answer and so on. Obviously they can't talk about whats going on there but the AF does have an organized playbook to deal with area 51/UFO's etc.
