Ronny has got one of the best bodies on earth, however his posing sucks. I just called him and between my Aussie and his German we had a fine conversation. His English has improved every year, but I have to admit it was very bad to begin with.
Imagine for a moment if one of you had to move to Germany or somewhere like that and learn their language as an adult. Then image how much the Germans would laugh if you suddenly had to do an interview in German, I dont know the German word for retard but they would probably say that no matter how smart you were in your own country.
I told Ronny that his posing had to improve and I think he understands this. He promises to be in his best condition as he takes on the best at the Arnold, Aussie and NZ shows. Said he has made big improvements esp his back.
Give the guy a break he is a good bloke.

There is no such an excuse for him. Telling the truth German and English are quite near each other.
Even I(Japanese) can speak better than him(German). Needless to say, Japanese has totally nothing to do with Germany philologically.

Dumpfbacke trifft es ziemlich gut. Der Rockel mag ja ein netter Kerl sein, aber er hat die Intelligenz anscheinend nicht mit Löffeln gefressen. ;D

Der Mensch braucht regelmäßig Schlaf - ohne ausreichenden Schlaf kann der Körper psychische Eindrücke nicht verarbeiten, seine Batterien nicht wieder aufladen und wird belastet - überfordert - und der Mensch wird krank.
Schlafentzug ist eine früher schon und heute noch angewendete Foltermethode.
Jeder hat schon am eigenen Körper erfahren, wie rasch sich "zu wenig Schlaf" in körperlichen Schwierigkeiten äußert, wie schlecht es einem gehen kann, wenn man durch widrige Umstände nicht in der Lage ist, genug zu schlafen. Es kann einen schon zur Verzweiflung bringen, wenn man sehr müde ist, aber wieder und wieder nicht richtig schlafen kann.
Leider ist der Schlaf, den man durch die Einnahme von Schlafmitteln künstlich erzeugt, grundsätzlich anders, als der normale Schlaf. Die verschiedenen natürlichen Tiefschlaf-Phasen und Traum-Rhythmen des Schlafen werden unter Medikamenteneinnahme nicht durchlaufen, und dadurch fühlt man sich meist am Morgen trotz durchschlafener Nacht immer noch "kaputt".
Schlafmitteleinnahme - ein folgenschwerer Irrtum: die Batterien sind nicht richtig aufgeladen, die Psyche ist nicht entlastet - man war nur betäubt. Im Gegenteil zu der erwarteten Wirkung verstärken sich in der Regel die Missempfindungen nach Absetzen des Medikamentes.
Bei meist ohnehin vorhandenen psychischen Problemen liegt nahe, die "Betäubungsmöglichkeiten" derartiger Mittel zu nutzen um für einige Stunden Ruhe vor quälendem Nachdenken haben zu können. Der Suchtkreislauf schließt sich schnell: Schlafmittel nehmen, weil man nicht schlafen kann - psychische Probleme wegen fehlender Verarbeitung - deshalb wieder nicht schlafen können - Schlafmittel nehmen - ein Teufelskreis.

Barbiturate (ältere Schlafmittel - sehr giftig) bereits nach 1 Woche fast keine Wirkung mehr
*
und Benzodiazepine (Beruhigungsmittel)
*
sowie den Benzodiazepinen ähnliche Stoffe
Verwendung, die alle zu psychischer und physischer Abhängigkeit führen können.
Sogar bei rezeptfreien Präparaten gibt es eine Menge möglicher Nebenwirkungen.
Ganz allgemein kommt führt die Einnahme von Schlafmitteln zu
"Am Morgen danach" ist die Substanz noch nicht abgebaut - es gibt Nachwirkungen.
Müdigkeit, Antriebsschwäche, Verhaltensenderungen, langsames Denken, Interesselosigkeit, abstumpfen der Gefühle, aber zuweilen auch Unruhe, Erregungszustände, Euphorie.
Die Gewöhnung tritt schnell ein - etwa nach drei Wochen
Was tun??

Pflanzliche Stoffe (Baldrian, Melisse u.ä.) führen nicht zu körperlicher Abhängigkeit, evtl. aber zu psychischer Abhängigkeit.
*
Nicht jede Störung beim Durchschlafen ist gleich ein echtes Problem.
*
Führt die Schlaflosigkeit zu Übermüdung und Dauerstress - gehen Sie zum Arzt - Frauen in den Wechseljahren evtl. auch zum Gynäkologen.
*
Mittel zum Schlafen allerhöchstens vier Wochen nehmen. Besser eine Verordnung ablehnen.
*
Bestehen Sie darauf: die Ursache für die Schlafstörungen muss gefunden werden.
Sie selbst sollten das mal ein paar Tage versuchen:
*
Ab der Kaffee- und- Kuchen- Zeit keinen Kaffee oder schwarzen Tee trinken.
*
Kontrollieren Sie, ob Sie Medikamente einnehmen, die Koffein enthalten - Arzt fragen!
*
Ist Zeit für ein gemütliches Entspannungs-Bad?
*
Kein Krimi - lieber Musik, Kerzen - langsam und gemütlich auf das Zubettgehen vorbereiten.
*
Kein Streitgespräch mehr. Morgen ist auch noch ein Tag.

Denken Sie darüber nach, was Sie Schönes träumen möchten...........
Wenn Sie weiterhin (nicht nach zwei Tagen schon) tagsüber erhebliche Schwierigkeiten haben, weil Sie so zerschlagen und übernächtigt sind - reden Sie mit dem Arzt. Es gibt vielleicht eine hormonelle Ursache oder eine Gesprächstherapie wird den Grund finden.
Sie werden es sehen - es gibt eine Lösung ohne Schlafmittel.
