I think that is a huge problem.....alot of guys db press the 80's when they should be doing the 35's......

You need to keep your elbows forward or you engage your pecs and stress your rotator cuffs. I don't go over the 80's but I use perfect form and get around 10 reps. My shoulders do not suck.

No I'm coming back after a 3 month lay off. WHen I was youger and bigger I pressed the 100's and I can assure you I have bigger shoulders than you will ever dream of. Strength isn't everything.
