Title: ATTENTION - THIS MAY HELP YOU
Post by: MarvinEderFan on February 04, 2008, 05:25:46 AM
If you're experiencing KNEE PAIN ON SQUATS, this might help you:

- stretch your rectus femoris
- do terminal knee extensions (TKE)
- do Peterson step-ups

Hope that helps.

I read on the wiki for tendonitis that eccentric lifting benefits it so I always do 3 sec negative portions on my squats and I have to say that has definitely help with knee discomfort.
