50 reps deep lunges with moderate/light weight is the key if you got weak hamstrings. My hams literally started growing overnight, just make sure you get enough protein. Lunges are crazy for size and definition, high burning reps is the ticket though. Forget about heavy weight! I might aswell make this a tip of the day.

I heard something similar in MD , when DEX JAX spoke about training calves , he mentioned he uses sooo light weight that even chicks comes over and laugh at the poundage.But he does them for hiigh reps , like 75
I tried this , man alive i tell you its something else in terms of the results...burns like a fuck tho

A dictionary is all you need for calves. one legged 5 minutes sets, they hurt like a bitch, squat doesnt even come close. But oh so effective.

Lunges are one of the best all-round conditioners for looking good as well as overall lower body development. Keeping the reps moderate or high's a good idea both for the pump and to avoid injuries.
