Never used the Dren stuff. Check the nutrition forums on MD, a bunch of guys over there have used it, reviews are so so. I do take Lipo-6 with some Bronchaid and that seems to work fairly well. Nothing can take the place of caloric restriction and cardio though. Good luck man 8)
