Title: current bulking diet

bulking up! starting at 200 lbs even. about 11 or12% bf right now. going to try to keep it underneath 15%.


meal one
oatmeal pancakes.
roughly 60 grams carbs, 60 grams protein, 5-10 grams fat.
roughly 550 calories

meal two
one cup of oats, 60 grams protein(either chicken, steak, or tuna).
roughly 60 grams carbs, 60 grams protein, anywhere from 4-20 grams of fat.
550-600 calories.

meal three
60 grams protein(either steak chicken or tuna), veggies(most of the time its broccoli)
roughly 260 calories

meal three
same as meal three

pre workout
30 grams whey, an apple
roughly 180 calories

post workout
banana, 60 grams protein(tuna or chicken..never steak...takes too long to digest)

meal four
same as meal two

meal five
same as meal three

meal six
same as meal three

...if im still awake ill have another meal ...same as meal three... right before bed.


i eat every 2 hours...except around my workout... i eat my pre workout meal one hour after meal number three, and i eat meal number four one hour after my post workout meal.

i drink tons of water and diet rite. i supplement with 2 caps of fish oil at all of my chicken and steak meals. no need at the tuna meals. i take 2 grams of cla three times daily..normally before meal#1, with my pre workout meal, and before my last meal.

IMO - you need a little more variety so you don't get bored.

no im a weirdo..i dont give a fuck about what im eating. its stricly about what is going to yeil the best results.    (not too say that i dont season and sweeten my foods...   its just the base food product/meal structure that i dont care about...   i use splenda, sugar free syrup, a wide variety of spices and seasonings, lots of sea salt and black pepper, reduced calorie barbecue sauce,zero calorie hot sauces...    and in my tuna i always combine aot of chopped up veggies and maybe some granulated garlic+soy sauce)

i have a couple of question...how the fuck do you eat soo much what do you do for a living or are you in school still and what is your final calorie, protein and carb count for a normal day???

i have a couple of question...how the fuck do you eat soo well i dont know, is that alot of food? i am trying to limit myself and do a "lean bulk"...   much what do you do for a livingi work at a supplement shop and just started personal training or are you in school stillyeah...but i dont know for how long. my grades are good. but the drive is far, my cars gas mileage sucks, im really not interested, and i have to resort to a shake for meal number 2 on every school day. which sucks. and what is your final calorie, protein and carb count for a normal daywell it really depends on whether or not i worked out, and how many hours i was awake. if i am awake for 14 hours, and i worked out, i would think that my protein would be between 400-500 grams, my carb would be 200-300 grams, and my fats would be 30?? grams(depends on my meat sources for the day)...but on an off-training day with quite a bit of sleep, i could see me being as low as 400 grams protein, 100 grams of carbs, and 30 grams of fat..???

nah well i just started eating like this.


it has taken me a week or two to gradually increase the calories and carbs without getting fat...   i was on zero carbs and about 1800-2200 cals a day for a couple months...yeah; im a fucking idiot.
