Title: Competitors, what is your avg Fat intake grams per day when contest dieting?
Post by: HERACLES on February 05, 2008, 04:29:11 PM
Im around 20-50grams of fat a day..is this too much? The only thing that attributes to this is throwing in a few yolks once in a while, some red meat here and there..if I do cut these out my daily diet is defiantely no more than 25g of fat a day coming from the usual, chicken, protein shake, eggwhites and tuna...

Its looking like roughly 50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fats...

I gots to buy some kind of thermogenic supplement..I am such a retard, still havent done that..its just a little bit important!!!

Percentage sounds OK to me. Others will dissagree, going with higher carbs and lower fat. Rule for me is, when carbs are low, fats need to come up for energy so you prevent losing muscle and using protein as energy.

However, you calories are still too low!!!!!!  :-\
