Given that Ronnie's an 8 time Mr O and that they are married, which implies that she knows him to a decent extent, I think it's fair to assume she knows about it

If Ronnie used steroids one time in his life, then he can be forever label a user..And anyone can make any statements they want about Ronnie Juicing...Do you really think Ronnie would want to be where Roger Clemens is right now....

Ronnie probably has hundreds of people come and go in his life that would talk about use...
