it's usually my first solid meal after my PWO drink and i swear i'm fucckin' RAVENOUS an hour and a half later, i guess it's because there's no fats in that meal besides the very small amount in the chicken.

maybe if u eat a few pieces of fruit with the meal or after it, it may help control your sugar, so your not so hungry.

why not throw down a couple of big macs? lots of fast and taste great..and zero preparation

Stir in a tablespoon or two of extra virgin olive oil...add some chilli too.
Too dry and dull otherwise and I don't buy this shit that you cannot have any fat in your pwo meal.

it's because it's your first real meal after the workout. hell sometimes i'll go for an omelette, oatmeal, toast, orange juice, milk, and something for dessert and i'm STILL growling an hour or so later.

i always eat some type of red meat at night, either really lean ground sirloin or some medium rare Top round.

yeah lately i've been eating a few more yolks, 4 whole eggs and three or four extra whites, oatmeal and either a granny smith apple, a pear, an orange or a banana.

my diet has been absolutely horrid since last september. i'm hardly even trying to eat well any more, but i'm aiming to change that now.
yesterday i was in a rush so i just had a moderate breakfast, then after my shitty workout i drank a six-pack, ate two dozen wings, and a basket of fries covered in barbecue sauce.
today, though, i'm at least attempting to fix it. i ran three miles, fruit and eggs once i go for dinner in a half hour or so. it's tough at school, not a lot of incredibly healthy options.
really it's amazing i've only gone up 12 pounds in the past six months, at least half of that was just water from coming off the diet.

Also, having some coffe and a nice Carlton cigarette after eating the small meal always diminishes my hunger. I think nicotine and caffeine is a better combo for fat loss than caffeine and ephedrine. :)

i hate shit like that because it's so damn delicious that you end up eating it in like 2 minutes flat and you feel like you didn't eat.

Everyones brain needs to be reset from time to time...Hunger is just a thought...Sometimes a decent length fast can help reset things(or so i've read)...But even better is a psychodelic trip with purpose...That alone can help you change your reality tunnel(again or so i've read).

Eat like a half a loaf of bread with the chicken and rice. Make sure you butter the bread. Then have some chocolate milk, that shit really makes you feel full. If your still hungery, have a large oatmeal raisin cookie and you should be straight.

squad, lean protein and clean carbs are quick to digest, very! eating fish is the same also, hungry in 1hr afterward

Thats why i hate cutting, protein doesn't fill me up. Carbs do. I can eat a shit load of chicken and be hungry withing an hour or so too. Thats why i don't cut ;D

my postworkout meal is almost always 10 oz. chicken with rice and some veggies most of the time its the mixed veggies and with it ill usually have a buttered piece of whole grain bread and that usually does the trick...

This is exactly what to do, fats have the slowest rate of gastric emptying. ;)
